What do I mean by this, am I regretting my decision to follow the Lord?
No, not at all! But I would like to mention, that He himself never said, that everything would be perfect once we follow him. We are still human, still walking on our own ways and still living ungodly lives, only his Spirit can transform us into new beings, that are worth being called his body!
So, where to start, first of all, I would propose, that we tell the truth, that walking in the dust of Jesus, will be hard and sometimes cost you everything you hold so dear! But secondly, also tell them of the persuing truth, that comes by living with him, and the incredibly freedom that his love brings... Live, love God and others, and learn to be free in a way of complete serving (remembering His suffering!)
